The kennel owner reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog if it is considered to be in an unfit condition for boarding. Bitches in season are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Please review ' Documentation ' for further details.

PAYMENT: The amount outstanding should be paid on the day the dog arrives at the kennels. Payment may be cash or cheque accompanied by a guarantee card, we do not accept credit cards, please do not post date cheques. Cheques should be made payable to Bothal Kennels. Accounts under �20 should be paid by cash only, cheques for less than �20 will be subjected to a �1 banking fee.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation made within 14 days of the start of boarding will be subject to the outstanding balance being paid in full. Cancellations made prior to that will be on the understanding that will the deposit paid is not refundable. Please note: cancellations must be made in writing quoting the reference number given. Telephone calls will not be accepted.

RATES AND DISCOUNTS' Dogs are charged from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive. No refunds are made should you decide to collect your dog before the agreed departure date. The daily rate increases over the Christmas period A heating charge is made from October 1st to April 30th (�5per week or �l per day if less than 7 days). Discounts are operable from October 1st to April 30th (excluding the Xmas & Easter period) ... a single or first dog pays the full rate. Each additional dog receives 10% discount from the first day of boarding. ( on condition the dogs axe boarded together) Discount for long term boarding, 28 days + will be negotiated accordingly.

Visits and Trial Days : If you have not already visited the: kennels, please feel free to do so before your pet enters for the boarding period, you will not be able to view on the day your dog arrives. Inspections may take place Monday to Saturday (not Sunday) 9am to 3pm. We do not allow inspections on Bank Holiday Sunday or Monday, or over the Christmas period. " You may also wish your dog to benefit from a day's trial visit. We have found that dogs settle allot better if they have experienced the surroundings for a short period of time and been reassured of their owners' return. Trial days are by appointment only, between October and Easter at a token cost of �5 to cover the cleaning of the kennel.
